Mr. Shamash helps to drive business for the Skype and Messenger Plus! freeware product with 60 million users around the world. An extension for the Microsoft Windows Live™ Messenger instant messaging product, the add-on offers enhanced use of Windows Messenger with such features as emoticons, skins, and plug-ins. A Market.com brand, Messenger Plus! has expanded into satellite websites, including Plus! Games and Plus! Sports. In advance of the 2010 World Cup soccer championships, Plus! Sports launched a World Cup App with immediate success.

A California resident, Alex Shamash enjoys sailing and cycling. With an affinity for technology gadgets, he likes to attend computer electronics shows.
